真珠湾攻撃に参加し、ハワイで自爆した航空母艦「蒼龍」の飯田房太大尉機機を模して見ました。
同大尉は、現在もハワイで米軍の手で弔われています。
This aircraft belongs to captain Fusata Iida, on CV SORYU,s unit, who joined on Pearl harbor attack on 7th dec. 1941.
Actually, HIRYU,s plane had used much dark blue on idenfication line, but I decal included on Tamiya,s kit this time.
＜模型＞
キットはタミヤ製で、ピトー管も金属製のものが付属しているすぐれものでした。
エンジンはキットのものに本物の銅線でプラグコードを追加。
空中線はキット付属の鋼線製。
ランディングギアはほぼキットのまま、ブレーキパイプもキットに付属していました。
機銃まわりのすすとシャドーは パステルで行いました。
真珠湾攻撃に参加した零戦はすべて新品だったそうですので、はげ・痛みはおとなしめにしてあります。
This model is based on Tamiya,s kit.
equipments are painted in original color.
Engine cowl is removable, and engine plug code is attached on engine.
I carve panel lines with knife.
Shadow is painted by pastel, using only brush.
Cockpit cover is removable too.
type98 targetting deevice is remodeled by FINEMOLS,s photo-etched parts and transparent plastic plate.
As all Zeros joined on Hawaiian campagn was almost new, damage expression are little.
