日本海軍 陽炎型駆逐艦「雪風」（坊ノ岬沖海戦時）(1/３５０ ハセガワ）

2008年に発売されたキットで、当時自分にとって初めての1/350キットでした。これを２０２０年になって作りなおしています。
その後新品を買いなおしましたが、水線長と全長を取り違えた部分は修正されていないようです。
今回は主にフライホーク製のエッチングパーツを使用してディティールアップしました。
＜艦首＞
艦首フェアリーダーはインジェクションの関係で若干形状が違いますがキットのものも雰囲気はいいのでそのままにして あります。
キャップスタン・ベルマウスはGenuine model製レジン製部品に交換しました。
＜砲＞
陽炎型に搭載されていた１２．７ｃｍ連装砲は「C型」と分類されている砲で、陽炎型の前期生産型 には新品でかつ補強用リブのついた１番砲塔が搭載され、２，３番は有明型・朝潮型・白露型から 取り外したものを軽量化のためリブ撤去の上（再び施された可能性もあり）再利用していました。
１番砲だけリブがついていたのは一番波をかぶる場所だったからで、逆に強度のあまりいらない ２，３番に「お古」がまわってきた、というわけです。なので、同じ艦でも若干の形状の差異が見受けられます。
雪風は二番砲塔を時雨から、三番砲塔は夏雲から流用しているようです。
模型は砲塔自体タミヤ製のものに交換。砲身はファインモールドの真鍮製にしてあります。ジャッキステーはハセガワの汎用エッチングパーツを使いました。
As for the 12.7cm double cannon turret carried in heat waves type, the first gun turret with lib for "C type" and classified reinforcement to beat by a new article in production type with a gun for the first half year of heat waves type was equipped with, and 2,3 turns recycled the thing which they removed from Ariake type / Asashio type / Shiratsuyu type after lib removal for lightweighting (there is a possibility that it was given again).
Therefore , even on same class, there supposed to be some difference on shape.
＜艦橋 Bridge＞
マストのラッパはGenuine modelのレジン製部品を使いました。
終戦時の写真を見るとホースリールの数と位置が「野分」のそれとは違っているようです。
ただ、それが竣工時も同様だったか、は不明です。機銃デッキ追加の際に変更されたのかもしれません。
艦橋窓は真鍮線で窓枠を自作しました。
マストは強度を考えてあえてキットのままにしてあります。ヤードも、端に行くほど細くなっているので只の棒よりは形状が正しいです。
注意すべきはヤードと補強棒。雪風のそれは野分・不知火と装備品に若干の差異がみられます。
windows on bridge is made of brass line and clear plastic.
Main mast is made of brass line and 0.6mm plastic lod.
There seems to be some defference on equipment on mast , comparred to Nowaki and Shiranui.
舷灯は箱絵のようにランプ自体が光っているのではなく、裸のランプのそばを赤・緑に塗装して その反射で緑や赤色にみせていたようです。どうしてそんなことをしたのかは不明ですが、おそらく透明耐熱塗料がなかったせいでしょうか。ここの部分はファインモールドの透明部品を使用しています。
旗甲板はキットでは滑り止め付鉄板のようになっていますが、実際は前半分がリノリウム張り、 後半の探照灯指揮装置の部位は軽量化のための穴あき鉄板でした。
In original kit, flag deck seemed to be an iron plate , but, actually, a linoleum in the first half, and the part of a searchlight conduct device in the latter half was an iron plate for hole autumn for lightweighting.
幸い本作を製作中、ファインモールドから「ホワイトリギング」という白く塗装された鋼線が発売となり、これを初めて信号旗掲揚ラインに使用しました。
速力信号標（赤い傘のようなもの）はメッシュで造ろうと思ったんですが、これもエッチングパーツに交換しました。
空中線もモデルカステンの鋼線製です。創建当初は砲塔の上にも空中線があったようですが、レイテ沖海戦の戦訓で機銃の射線とかぶる線は撤去されているはずなので再現していません。
尚実際の空中線の塗装ですが、高校時代からの友人で実際に館山で漁船の修理をしている会社に勤めている 人づてに実際に船舶の空中線を担当している方にお話を伺ったところ、「よほど問題のある塗料でも 使わない限り、塗装しても空中線の機能は損なわれない。むしろ何らかの被膜をしないと潮風で鉄線 なんてすぐ錆びて切れてしまう」そうなので、何らかの防錆塗料ないし塗装が施されていたはずです。
When I asked the man in charge of ships antenna, working at my fiends company repairing fishingboat; "the function of an antenna will not be failed by painting it, unless it would be painted in some specal paintings". Rather some rust preventives - the painting should have been put because iron wire was rusted by the sea breeze immediately unless I did some films and could seem to cut it.
艦橋脇のボート置き場はキットではリノリウム甲板になっていますが、実際は滑り止め付鉄板だったようです。

煙突にはジャッキステーを０．１ｍｍ真鍮線で追加。煙突に描かれている白い三角は戦隊の「３番艦」を示しているようです。
white triangle on funnle has meaning of the third ship of the team.
I add a jack stay to a chimney in 0.1mm brass line.
ボートとボートダビッドはファインモールド製部品を使用。
九二式４連装発射管にもハセガワ製汎用エッチングでジャッキステーを追加。
I also add jack stay on type92 qualtette topedo tube.
ループアンテナはハセガワ純正エッチングパーツ製です。
Roop antenna is made of photo-ethed parts from Hasegawa.
九四式２５ｍｍ対空連装機銃はファインモールド製に交換。
I add retcles on type94 25mm double AA gun ,made of 0.1mm brass line.
The painting is originally painted with black perhaps heat-resistant paint, but puts a highlight to silver after the painting in black reddish black daringly to will like metal.
＜後楼＞
「不知火」の写真にはなにやらパイプが基部にありますが、どうやらこれらは発電機用ディーゼルエンジンの排気管と、空中線引き込みパイプのようです。
There is a pipe in a basal part to a photograph of "Shiranui" something or other, but these draw an exhaust pipe of a diesel engine for dynamos and an antenna pipe.
＜艦尾＞
艦尾側面のプロペラガードとはしごは１．５ｍｍ真鍮線製。
ホースリールは1/700用のもののうち一番大きなものを流用したところ、元々オーバースケール だった為にぴったりでした。
爆雷をセットする台（正式名称：爆雷装填台３型）はフライホークのエッチング製。爆雷そのものは真鍮製。
写真ではわかりづらいですが、ボラードは先端を熱したドライバーで押して、先を若干つぶしてあります。
A stand (an official name:type3 depthcharge setter) which sets a depth charge is made of brass line. Depth charge itself is made by a 1mm plastic stick. A depth charge throwing down device worked by hand of a stern is similar, but it became an armored box after 1942 (as original kit).
As for the painting, a highlight and a shadow are containing it after warship-colored writing brush coating as usual. I emphasize linoleum weight metal fittings in a shadow of a pastel.
スクリューはフライホークのキットに付属していた真鍮製で、金属光沢は本物のものです。
